Department of Management Studies, SRM Institute of Science & Technology organised 1 day workshop on 04-03-2021 on the topic Perception Clearance and Attitude Building in offline mode at the institute Auditoriun . The workshop aimed to provide an insight on perception and psychology from the individuals point of view and providing a greater understanding of the work experience of typography, and theory to incorporate into your work. Over 100 faculty members, administrative staff members and students from various departments in the college participated in the workshop. The keynote speaker in the workshop was Mr. Deepak Behl, Director HR, The PARK Hotels.
The key takeaway of the workshop was that “Fundamental change has to come from within, with clearing the built in perceptions , but successful change is ultimately successful because people have to 'own' it and see it as their change.
