Department of Computer Science & Engineering, SRM Institute of Science & Technology organised 5 days ATAL FDP on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from 19th to 23rd October 2020 through Microsoft Teams. The primary objective of the FDP was to enrich faculty members of Computer Science, Information Technology, Management and other streams with preliminaries of artificial intelligence and its modern applications in machine learning and deep learning.
Over 200 faculty members from various AICTE approved institutions participated in the Faculty Development Programme. The keynote speakers in the workshop were Prof. Sandeep Kumar Garg, Dr. Swagatam Das, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Sa, Dr. Chandresh Maurya, Dr. Jagdish Bansal, Dr. Deepak Ranjan Nayak and Dr. Ratnakar Dash. The FDP covered problem solving by Search, Machine Learning for Video Surveillance, Deep Learning, Swarm Intelligence etc.
