Dr. Uma Meena is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus. With over 18 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Meena has contributed to academia through teaching, research, academic engagement, and professional activities. She holds a Ph.D. (2019) from Mody University, an M.Tech. (2010), and a B.E. in Information Technology (2007). Her academic and research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and related areas of Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Meena has published 6 non-paid, SCI-indexed journal articles, including 2 publications in Q1 journals, along with 8 international conference papers and 5 book chapters. She has also completed NPTEL certifications and is actively involved in research and academic development. She is professionally associated with the Institution of Engineers (India) since 2018, is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) since 2019, and has been a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) since 2019 (Member Number: 239792). She has also been a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) since 2025. Dr. Meena remains actively engaged in teaching, research, professional development, and academic activities, with a continued focus on emerging technologies and their applications in solving real-world problems.
